Brian’s litigation experience has focused on representation of individuals, employers, businesses, and their insurers in a wide range of legal matters, including civil liability tort actions, construction defect, product liability, public entity defense, inverse condemnation, and business disputes. His experience includes all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, corporate and expert depositions, and trial preparation.

His practice is predicated upon efficiency, precision, and attention to detail. Brian approaches every case with a fresh perspective and thoughtful consideration of the specific needs and goals of each client.

He has successfully represented individuals, businesses, and employers ranging from small family-owned markets to multimillion dollar transportation and construction companies before both the State Courts of California and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and ADR.

Brian is a graduate of San Diego State University (B.A.) and Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law (J.D.).
