Linda Bryan is a California Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist and a Partner at Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP. For more than 25 years, she has devoted her career to the defense of workers’ compensation claims, bringing a disciplined, truth-driven approach to case evaluation, strategy, and resolution. Linda represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators throughout California, including at the appellate level, and is known for her thorough analysis, effective advocacy, and ability to identify the core drivers of a claim with precision.
Over the course of her career, she has helped clients streamline their programs, strengthen their defenses, and resolve claims efficiently through her detailed file reviews, strategic planning, and strong litigation skills. Her work has benefited a wide range of organizations, from national carriers to local employers, who rely on her clarity, consistency, and commitment to high-quality representation.
A graduate of California Western School of Law, Linda earned her Juris Doctor in 1997 after completing her Bachelor of Arts in History, with a Minor in Art, at Purdue University. She also studied abroad at the renowned University of St Andrews in Scotland, concentrating on philosophy, ethics, anthropology, and history — an academic experience that sharpened her analytical instincts and deepened her appreciation for multiple perspectives.
When not at work, Linda can be found spending time with her family or working on photography. She finds beauty in unexpected places and applies that same mindset to problem-solving in her practice — uncovering angles others may overlook and crafting unique, effective solutions for the clients she serves.
