Mr. Eusebio attended Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law, where he was a recipient of the James M. Brower Achievement Award, and competed with distinction on the Honor Moot Court team. He has been a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law by The State Bar of California – Board of Legal Specialization since 2011.

Mr. Eusebio has practiced Workers’ Compensation Defense Litigation since becoming a licensed California State Bar attorney in 1991. Throughout his career, he has enthusiastically and vigorously represented permissibly self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims, Labor Code Section 132a Petitions, and Serious & Willful Misconduct claims.

He strongly believes that having a great professional relationship and effective communication with client claims professionals, as well as opposing counsels and Judges, are key to achieving success in handling and aggressively litigating cases toward expeditious and beneficial resolutions. His devotion, dedication and passion for the practice of workers’ compensation defense, with integrity over the decades, has been a testament to his success as a litigator.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Eusebio enjoys spending quality time with family, watching and patiently waiting for his Minnesota Vikings football team to win a Super Bowl, and collecting, working on and listening to classic rock and jazz music through his vintage audio gear.
