Daniel Higuera graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he gained experience working in athletics while working with the University of Oregon’s Athletic Compliance Office. Daniel graduated from the University of Oregon with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law, specifically focusing his studies on athletics and negotiations.

Prior to BPK, Daniel worked at a Worker’s Compensation and Civil Litigation Defense firm in Anaheim, California advocating and defending employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Outside of his profession, Daniel enjoys a variety of activities such as participating in a Men’s Recreational League Rugby, following a variety of sports teams as a fan, traveling with friends and family, and exploring various culinary interests.
