Eric Testan is a Senior Associate at Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP. Born and raised in Southern California, he earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2009.
Eric began his legal career in creditors’ rights litigation before transitioning in 2014 to focus exclusively on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
He emphasizes clear client communication and is committed to achieving cost-effective resolutions through proactive case management and strategic litigation. His practice centers on minimizing client exposure while efficiently bringing cases to closure.
Outside the office, Eric enjoys attending concerts with his wife, Kelly, playing pickleball with friends, and taking early morning walks with their dog, June.
