Kristen Prosser

Ms. Prosser handles Workers’ Compensation cases from conception to appeal on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. Ms. Prosser specializes in the representation of professional sports franchises and leagues, including the National Football League, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, and Major League Baseball.

Ms. Prosser graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications with a focus in business management, and a minor in Film Studies. She was a member of the Divisions I Women’s Volleyball Team and inducted in their Athletics Hall of Fame in 2015. Ms. Prosser represented the United States internationally as a professional beach volleyball player and played several seasons on the national tour while receiving her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2010.

Ms. Prosser lives in Hermosa Beach, CA and is married with two sons. In her free time she loves watching her sons play volleyball and baseball and is an avid runner, reader and yoga enthusiast. She is admitted to practice law in California and Texas.
