Mary-Cay Gallagher

Mary-Cay Gallagher joins BPK as a Senior Associate Attorney. Ms. Gallagher’s area of practice focuses on trial work in workers’ compensation defense.

Mary-Cay Callagher grew up in Ohio and obtained a bachelor’s degree and teaching credential from Norte Dame College for Women. Ms. Gallagher moved to California where she obtained a California teaching credential and graduated from Western State College of Law.

After passing the Bar, Ms. Gallagher did plaintiff work for about 5 years then took jobs doing civil defense work for 5 years. Since then, Ms. Gallagher’s career has been spent for over 40 years in workers’ compensation defense.
