Maryam Jalali

Ms. Jalali graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She thereafter attended Western State University, College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor. After passing the California Bar exam in 2003, Ms. Jalali began working in the field of Taxation and Estate Planning. She thereafter worked as a Workers’ Compensation applicant attorney in Southern California in January of 2005.

In 2006, she began working at a Workers’ Compensation Defense firm in Southern CA. Ms. Jalali was a Partner at a large statewide defense firm where she worked for 14 years. Throughout her 18 years of practice in the field of Workers’ Compensation, Ms. Jalali has represented PEO’s, self -insured employers, staffing companies, several retail employers, asbestos claims (in Southern and Northen CA) and sports cases.

In her free time, Ms. Jalali enjoys hiking and spending time with her son, family and friends.
