Negin Taleb is an Associate Attorney at Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP with a primary focus on Workers’ Compensation Litigation and Sports Law. Ms. Taleb graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and minor in International Relations. She then earned her law degree from University of San Diego School of Law, where she worked as a legal intern in the Immigration Legal Clinic and co-authored a report on California’s Public Utilities Commission in the California Regulatory Law Reporter.
While in law school, Ms. Taleb worked as a law clerk for Administrative Law Judge Louis Garcia and as a legal intern in the Litigation Unit of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Prior to joining Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP, Ms. Taleb honed her litigation skills as a Trial Attorney at a large employment firm, where she handled various employment matters involving workplace discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
Negin lives in Orange County, California. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world, watching her nieces grow, spoiling her cats, and going to local comedy shows with her friends.
