Mr. Stewart has a B.A. in both Economics and Philosophy from the University of California, San Diego. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended Law School at Whittier Law School.
While attending law school, Mr. Stewart was a member of Law Review and was selected as the Solicitations and Symposia Editor for the 2010-2011 school year. Mr. Stewart was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient, won CALI awards in two subjects, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2011. Mr. Stewart passed the July Bar exam on his first attempt and was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2011. He is currently admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court, Central Division.
Mr. Stewart has spent most of his career protecting the interests of employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators while assisting them in navigating the complexities of the Workers’ Compensation system. He has tried dozens of cases as the lead trial attorney; has prepared and won both Reconsiderations and Removals and is a skilled litigator capable of handling the most complex of legal issues.
Mr. Stewart lives in Orange County with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he loves to travel, stay active and play the guitar.
