Alan Bober (Retired)

Mr. Bober is a graduate of Western State University College of Law. Mr. Bober has been in practice since 1991 and throughout his career he has built a reputation as a top shelf litigator. He is a certified workers’ compensation specialist by the State Bar of California and he additionally specializes in ADR claims primarily in the construction industry.

Mr. Bober has represented insurance companies, third-party administrators and large self-insured clients in many varied industries. He has tried dozens of claims to conclusion and has prevailed on countless reconsideration petitions filed against him after his successful trial results.

Mr. Bober has been called upon to represent professional sports teams in Major League Baseball, the NHL, NFL and NBA and has handled hundreds of such cases.

Mr. Bober is frequently asked to provide carrier training and speak at workers’ compensation seminars throughout the state of California.

Mr. Bober is married, lives in south Orange County, CA and has three children. He loves to go deep sea fishing and spend time with his wife and grandchildren.
