Ms. Harrison is an experienced litigator specializing in Workers’ Compensation law, with expertise in managing cases from initial filing through to appeal. She represents a diverse client base, including employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators, in all aspects of workers’ compensation law. With a particular focus on complex cases, Ms. Harrison has developed a niche in advising and defending professional sports franchises and leagues, including the National Football League (NFL), National Hockey League (NHL), Major League Soccer (MLS), and Major League Baseball (MLB). She is frequently called upon to litigate challenging cases and raise unique legal issues on behalf of her sports clients. Notably, she served as the trial and appellate attorney in Farley v. San Francisco Giants, 2020 Cal. Wrk. Comp. P.D. LEXIS 292, a case that reinforced the limitations on California’s jurisdiction over professional sports franchises and leagues.

Ms. Harrison earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005, before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010. While in law school, she was honored with several merit-based scholarships, including the prestigious Dean’s Award for her significant contributions to the law school community.

An active member of her community and local professional organizations, Ms. Harrison contributes her time and expertise to the Orange County Bar Association, the University of San Diego’s Orange County Alumni Chapter, and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.

Residing in Orange County, California, Ms. Harrison is married and the proud mother of two sons. Outside of her professional commitments, she is an engaged volunteer, serving as “Team Mom” and coach for her sons’ sports teams, and enjoys participating in co-ed adult softball leagues with friends and colleagues.
