Firm News – First Quarter 2019

2019 is off to an exciting start! The firm added another attorney at the end of 2018 when Steven Stewart joined our firm. Steven comes to us with 6.5 years of experience including first chair trial attorney experience in multiple workers’ compensation cases. In addition, we just hired our seventh attorney today. This person will join us in March of 2019. If you are reading this before then, please check back to see who this exciting hire is the first of April.

We are growing! We are looking for another great addition to our team at the attorney level. We have added a full-time billing office coordinator and we remodeled the office in early 2019. Steven and Tim gave a client seminar to Cast and Crew in February 2019 and Alan had us added to the Enstar panel beginning 2019! We are now handling Coca Cola cases and we have recently subbed in on several “special project” cases where the client has asked us to come in to the case for prior counsel and close out cases that have been open for too long. Finally, we have the firm 401k rolled out and we have increased our attorney auto allowances and cell phone allowance. It’s a great time to be a part of BPK!

As we look forward in 2019, we will add an eighth attorney as soon as we identify the right candidate. We look to add another large self-insured client toward the middle of 2019.
