Nick Helvey

During law school, Nick Helvey gained extensive courtroom experience as a competing member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board and a certified law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Following law school, Mr. Helvey developed a strong courtroom presence while working as a Deputy City Prosecutor for the City of Long Beach, where he conducted multiple jury trials as lead counsel.

Mr. Helvey switched his legal focus to the area of Workers’ Compensation defense, where he has been working since 2015. Mr. Helvey’s instinct is to bring every case to an expedited and low-cost resolution, however, he is always prepared and willing to go to trial if needed.

When not traveling the world with his wife, he enjoys surfing and cooking.
