Adam is an experienced attorney with a focus on sports workers compensation defense. He represents a range of clients, including professional sports teams, businesses, and insurers. Adam is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D.) and the University of Iowa (B.A.).

Before joining Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP, Adam practiced entertainment law, and primarily represented studios and independent producers in pre-litigation negotiation related to intellectual property, labor laws and a broad range of commercial contracts. His background in entertainment law gives him a unique perspective on the legal issues that businesses and sports organizations navigate daily, particularly in the areas of employee relations and insurance compliance.
