Tiffany Gruenberg

Tiffany Gruenberg is an Associate in Bober, Peterson & Koby’s Orange County office, where her practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense on behalf of employers, third party administrators and insurance carriers.

Prior to joining Bober, Peterson & Koby, Ms. Gruenberg worked at multiple national civil litigation firms with a focus on general civil litigation, construction defect, contracts, and personal injury. She has ample litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout California. She is adept at finding novel legal arguments and has been successful in positioning cases to be dismissed via dispositive motions. Ms. Gruenberg is also skilled at stepping into high stakes cases, which are in the latter part of the litigation process and providing thorough evaluations and readying the cases for mediation and trial. In addition to her role as an attorney, she is certified as a mediator in California under the Dispute Resolution Programs Act.

Ms. Gruenberg obtained her J.D. from University of La Verne College of Law. While in law school, she served as a teaching assistant for Contracts, Sales, Torts, and Criminal Law. During her time at La Verne, she earned the Anna Rahm Scholarship and the Scholarship for Justice Endowed for her academic achievements. In her final year, Ms. Gruenberg received the National Order of Scribes Award for outstanding legal writing. She also volunteered at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, providing legal services to low-income families. Ms. Gruenberg enjoys teaching and imparting her love for the law on others and served as an adjunct law professor, teaching Legal Environment of Business at the University of La Verne. Prior to attending law school, she earned her M.S.W. from the University of Southern California and provided mental health services to children, families, and veterans.

In her spare time, Ms. Gruenberg enjoys spending time with her family and their 3-year-old son! Her hobbies range from trips to every local zoo, aquarium, supporting Notre Dame and the Broncos, and trying every new sushi joint by exploring the world and taking local mini vacations.
