D. Sunny Delitala brings an impressive and diverse legal background to the firm, with extensive experience in workers’ compensation on both the defense and applicant sides. Most recently, she served as an Equity Partner at Morgan Leahy, handling a full range of litigation from settlement negotiations to expedited trials. Her career also includes owning her own practice for 10 years and serving as a prosecutor, where she first-chaired 24 jury trials involving both misdemeanors and felonies related to DUI, narcotics, and sexual and domestic violence assaults and only lost 2 of the 24 jury trials.
Sunny earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and holds a BA in English and Literature from the University of South Carolina.
