Susan Chace is an Associate Attorney at Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP, based in the firm’s Irvine office. She focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators throughout all stages of litigation. Ms. Chace earned her Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School, where she completed an Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate and participated in the Roger Traynor Moot Court Competition. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from the University of Washington.
Prior to joining BPK, Ms. Chace represented employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters at a large statewide defense firm. Additionally, she has experience representing injured workers as an Applicant Attorney, giving her valuable insight into both sides of workers’ compensation litigation. Her diverse legal background allows her to approach each matter with a practical, well-rounded perspective while helping clients achieve efficient and favorable resolutions.
When not at work, Ms. Chace is an avid rower, enjoys spending time with her family, and attending live music and community events throughout Orange County. She also enjoys mentoring aspiring attorneys and is committed to lifelong learning, continually seeking opportunities for professional and personal growth.
