Mr. Kaucher joins Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP with an impressive resume of defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party claims administrators against workers’ compensation claims throughout his career. Mr. Kaucher obtained his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and was admitted to the California Bar in 2001. Mr. Kaucher graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Psychology.
Mr. Kaucher also spent several years as an insurance sales professional of supplemental benefits and commercial lines of business, including workers’ compensation policies. Mr. Kaucher uses this experience to help employers keep their workers’ compensation premiums down through prompt and aggressive claims management, understanding the importance this plays for employers. Additionally, his experience representing both injured workers, and employers/carriers has given him the ability to adeptly anticipate opposing counsel’s strategies, and develop cost-effective and efficient defenses.
In his spare time, Mr. Kaucher enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and his three children. He also enjoys playing golf and tennis and has been involved in Martial Arts for over twenty years.
